WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME FOR A WITHDRAWAL REQUEST?Withdrawal requests are processed immediately. For PerfectMoney, funds are transferred instantly upon request. For payment systems like BitCoin, Ethereum, LiteCoin, DogeCoin, TRON, Tether TRC20, and Tether ERC20, please allow at least 3 network confirmations, which may take between 20 minutes and several hours.
CAN I SELECT A DIFFERENT PAYMENT SYSTEM FOR WITHDRAWALS?No, withdrawals must be made in the same currency that was used when creating the deposit.
HOW DOES WITHDRAWAL FROM A PERSONAL WALLET WORK?Before initiating a withdrawal, please verify that your payment wallet address is correct in the "Wallets" section of your account. If you haven't registered a wallet yet, you can do so there.
